Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does this grooming arm come with a table?
A: No — the grooming arm is sold separately and is designed to clamp onto any standard grooming table or flat-edged surface you already own. It is compatible with most commercially available dog grooming tables.

Q: What size dogs is this arm suitable for?
A: This arm is specifically designed for small dogs and puppies. The adjustable height range (20–33 inches) accommodates a variety of small breeds. It is not recommended for large or heavy breeds, as the restraint system is optimized for lighter dogs.

Q: How does the 2-in-1 restraint system work?
A: The neck loop noose attaches around your dog’s neck (not tightly — just enough to prevent leaning away) while the haunch holder supports the rear end. Together, they minimize forward, backward, and sideways movement during grooming.

Q: Is the grooming arm safe for my dog?
A: Yes, when used correctly. The loop noose is not designed to support your dog’s full weight — your dog should always stand on a stable surface. Never leave a dog unattended while restrained in a grooming arm.

Q: How do I adjust the height?
A: The telescoping arm extends and locks at heights between 20 and 33 inches. Simply loosen the adjustment collar, slide to the desired height, and tighten to secure.

Q: Is this portable enough to take to grooming appointments?
A: Yes. The foldable design collapses to a compact size that fits easily in a grooming bag or kit. Many mobile groomers use this arm as a lightweight, easy-setup restraint solution.
